What can counselling help with ?
As an integrative counsellor, I draw on Humanistic, Person-Centred, CBT and trauma-informed approaches, tailoring the work to your individual needs. Together we can explore what has happened, how you are feeling and what you are experiencing.
You may be looking for support with:
- Anxiety, stress and feeling overwhelmed
- Low mood, confidence and self-esteem
- Relationships, communication and boundaries
- Life changes, loss and difficult transitions
- Trauma and difficult past experiences
- Overthinking, self-doubt and feeling stuck
- Emotional wellbeing and finding yourself again
You don't need to have a specific diagnosis or know exactly what's wrong to come to counselling. Sometimes you simply know that things don't feel right, and you want a safe space to understand why and explore what might help.
How counselling works?
Counselling is a collaborative process. I provide a safe, supportive and confidential space to explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences without judgement. Together, we’ll work at your pace to understand what’s happening, identify patterns affecting your wellbeing and consider what might help.
You don’t need to have everything figured out before you begin. Counselling can help you feel heard, gain clarity and take steps towards feeling more like yourself.
Feel heard - Gain clarity - Move forward
